Is JimBob the biggest Schnerd?
Yes! JimBob is the largest of the Schnerds at 14 × 8 inches, fitting for someone with the biggest personality. He’s also the only one with a removable mini-Schnerd inside his mouth.
What’s inside the box when it ships?
Every Schnerd ships with the plush itself, a Certificate of Adoption, a character story card, and an optional handwritten gift note if you’re gifting it. It ships in a Schnerds-branded box, with no additional gift wrapping needed.
Is it safe for young children?
Schnerds plush toys are recommended for ages 3 and up and are made from 100% polyester. They are not intended for children under 3 or children who still mouth their toys. Read the FAQ for details about weighted filling and character features before gifting.
What’s the return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If your Schnerd doesn’t feel like home, reach out to us and we’ll make it right. No awkward questions asked.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. The embroidery and details need gentle care.
