Schnerds offers a 30-day money back guarantee. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your Schnerds contact us within 30 days of receiving your package and we will process a refund.

The Plush Schnerd Pre-Order is a way to reserve a Plush Schnerd while they are still in production. Plush Schnerds are produced in limited quantities - so pre-ordering is recommended as they tend to sell out!

Every Schnerd is soft 100% polyester plush with embroidered details, built to survive years of real hugging.

Schnerds are recommended for ages 3 and up. A few characters have small parts worth knowing about before gifting to little ones: Juniper and Hobart are weighted with poly beans, Hobart also has an internal spine for posing, and JimBob has a small plastic piece in his mouth. None are intended for children who still mouth their toys.

Spot clean with a gentle soap and let air dry. We don't recommend the washing machine or dryer, they're rough on the embroidery and stuffing.
